2. Coaching Disclaimer
Our services are educational and coaching-based.
They are not therapy, counseling, medical, or psychiatric treatment and do not replace care from licensed healthcare professionals.
While Kala C. Simmons holds professional credentials in mental health, services offered through KC Simmons Coaching are provided solely in a coaching capacity.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

By purchasing or participating, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
4. Payments & Purchases
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
You agree to provide accurate billing information
Unless explicitly stated, all sales are final for digital products, programs, and coaching services.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and experiential nature of our offerings:
No refunds are provided unless otherwise stated in writing
Missed sessions are not refundable
Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in removal from services
6. Intellectual Property
All content—including programs, methods, language, branding, videos, worksheets, and materials—is the intellectual property of KC Simmons Coaching.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
(Yes, that includes screenshots. 🙂)
7. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client:
Engages in disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
Violates boundaries or misuses content
Acts in a way that disrupts the safety or integrity of the community
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KC Simmons Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or content.
