2. Coaching Disclaimer
Our services are educational and coaching-based.
They are not therapy, counseling, medical care, psychiatric treatment, or other clinical services and do not replace care from a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.
While Kala C. Simmons holds professional credentials and experience in mental health and social services, services offered through The Main Character Experience™ are provided solely in a coaching, educational, speaking, or personal development capacity, as applicable to the service purchased.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or make a purchase.
By purchasing or participating in our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
4. Payments & Purchases
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all sales are final for digital products, programs, memberships, and coaching services.
Additional terms may apply to specific programs, memberships, or services and will be provided at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital, educational, and experiential nature of our offerings:
No refunds are provided unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.
Missed coaching sessions are not refundable.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in suspension or termination of access to the applicable service or program.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created and provided through The Main Character Experience™, including but not limited to programs, frameworks, methods, written materials, language, branding, graphics, videos, worksheets, recordings, digital resources, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Kala C. Simmons and/or The Main Character Experience™, as applicable.
You may access and use purchased materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, transmit, sell, sublicense, teach, or otherwise commercially exploit any content or materials without prior written permission.

7. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to our services, programs, or communities if a participant:
Engages in disrespectful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior
Violates stated boundaries, policies, or community guidelines
Misuses, shares, or distributes proprietary content
Attempts to disrupt the safety, integrity, or operation of the community or program
Where permitted by applicable law and the applicable purchase terms, termination for these reasons will not entitle the participant to a refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Main Character Experience™ and Kala C. Simmons are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of our website, services, programs, products, or content.
Participation in coaching and personal development services does not guarantee any particular outcome.
Your growth, decisions, actions, and results remain your responsibility.
